Description
Guideposts is a nationally recognized publisher of inspirational literature. I researched how to display PDF files in Flash movies. I developed prototype PHP code to submit orders to Guideposts' printing partner, CafePress, and FTP PDF files to their servers. I extracted Guideposts' legecy content from a Hot Banana CMS database and imported it into Drupal. I prototyped the process of converting Drupal data into XML files; this technique formed the foundation of the Drupal themes developed for Guideposts, Garden & Gun, and Columbia University: Mailman School of Public Health. I also developed the front-end for the e-commerce section of this project.
